The unit is organized into three connected areas: Pre‑Op, Procedure, and Recovery- and most patients move through all three during their visit. This is a collaborative setting where teamwork, communication, and mutual support are essential to delivering safe, high‑quality care. Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking dynamic and a talentedRegistered Nurse to work in our Endoscopy Department.The Registered Nurse reports to theNurse Manager and is responsible for the total nursing care of patients within assigned unit. Required Qualifications : Minimum of two years’ medical/surgical experience, outpatient and GI nursing preferred Current MA RN license BLS and ACLS required with American Heart Association Current IV skills preferred Previous Endoscopy or critical care experience required Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
