Puesto para pareja disponible de inmediato en un rancho en el norte de Nuevo M�xico con posiciones de encargado de mantenimiento y jardiner�a, y ama de casa. Estos trabajos serian ideales para una pareja hispana madura que se sentir� como en casa en el noreste rural de Nuevo M�xico. El rancho esta ubicado a 100 millas de Santa Fe y a 30 millas de la comunidad de Las Vegas, Nuevo M�xico. Se requiere que hablen espa�ol, el ingles no es necesario, pero seria una ventaja.
El encargado sera responsable por el mantenimiento de las fincas y las herramientas, el riego y cuidado de 8 acres de c�sped, jard�n, y un huerto que contiene 30 arboles de manzana y pera. La ama de casa sera responsable de cuatro casas y un comedor con la ayuda de otra ama de casa. El rancho de trabajo familiar, ubicado al lado, se maneja y opera por separado de estos puestos. Los beneficios incluyen la vivienda separada completa en la propiedad, los beneficios de seguro, un veh�culo para conducir desde la casa hasta el trabajo, dos semanas de vacaciones pagadas por a�o, d�as de enfermedad pagados, y bono navide�o. Salarios de hasta $27,500.00 cada uno ($55,000.00 combinados anualmente para la pareja) dependiendo de las calificaciones y la experiencia.
