A 13-week MRI Technologist opportunity is available in Cranston, RI, focusing on advanced imaging techniques in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role offers a consistent night shift schedule with rotating weekends, ideal for professionals experienced in neuro, body, angiography, and musculoskeletal MRI scanning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans, including neuroimaging, body, angiography, and musculoskeletal studies.
- Safely scan patients with multiple implanted devices, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate Siemens Aera 1.5T MRI equipment efficiently.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate imaging results.
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT (MR) certification required; ARMRIT accepted.
- Proven experience with Siemens MRI systems, specifically Siemens Aera 1.5T.
- Advanced expertise in neuro imaging preferred; experience with body, angiography, and MSK scans a plus.
- Ability to manage complex patient cases, including those with implanted devices.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Four 10-hour night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Rotating weekends to support continuous patient care.
