Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN) for an established hospice organization in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

Position Overview

Lead an interdisciplinary hospice team in a mission-driven clinical environment. Oversee daily hospice operations, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes. Mentor and develop clinical staff while supporting exceptional patient care. Work alongside experienced leadership with established operational processes. Opportunity to influence patient care, team performance, and organizational success.

Compensation

Base Salary: $100,000 - $112,000. Annual Bonus Eligibility.

Schedule

Monday-Friday. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. In-Office Leadership Position. Shared Administrator On-Call Rotation (Approximately One Week Per Month).

Role

Manage interdisciplinary hospice services and clinical operations. Supervise and mentor hospice clinical staff. Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards. Support staff development, performance improvement, and operational excellence. Serve as an administrative resource for after-hours clinical teams. Promote compassionate, patient-centered hospice care.

Requirements

Active Georgia Registered Nurse License REQUIRED. 2-3 Years Recent Hospice Experience REQUIRED. Clinical Management Experience Supervising More Than Five Direct Reports REQUIRED. Strong Knowledge Of Hospice Regulations And Compliance REQUIRED. Leadership, Coaching, And Staff Development Experience REQUIRED. Ability To Participate In Shared Administrative On-Call Rotation REQUIRED.
