Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Fargo, ND
Pay: $28-$32/hour, DOE* About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a leading local manufacturer. These are excellent, long-term opportunities to work with cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Openings are available on both 2nd and 3rd shift. Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am (Monday - Friday)
• Pay: $28-$32/hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized maintenance on advanced production and assembly equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Interpret schematic drawings for electrical and mechanical systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and keep accurate records using maintenance software
• Request machine parts through purchase requisitions
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date work order documentation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting is required
• Solid understanding of pneumatics, industrial electrical, controls systems, and mechanical processes
• Mechanical aptitude and skill with powered hand tools
• Ability to interpret technical schematics
• Experience documenting maintenance tasks in software (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands to grasp, push, pull; bend and reach
• Lift and move equipment and parts as necessary
