Overview A manufacturing client near the Itasca area is looking to add an Accounting Clerk to their team. This organization is primarily on-site and is open to seeing candidates with a background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or both. They are open to training for the right candidate and are mostly looking for someone who is driven, can meet deadlines, and is excited to be part of a well-established company. Please read below for more details! Responsibilities Process Vendor invoices, freight invoices, and chargebacks Ensure the timely posting of payments Answer and resolve any customer inquiries Assist with month end close duties Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or both Bachelor"s degree (preferred) or 4+ years of relevant experience 3-way matching of invoices (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Excel This role is required to be on-site 5 days a week #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
