PREMO Club is a private members' social club dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every member and guest. We pride ourselves on warm, personalized service, a vibrant social calendar, and an atmosphere where members feel instantly at home.

Position Summary

The Club Concierge is the face and voice of PREMO Club — the first point of contact for members and guests, and the person responsible for making every visit seamless, memorable, and personal. This role combines front-of-house hospitality with administrative coordination, reservations, and member relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

•     Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing a personalized welcome consistent with PREMO Club's service standards.

•     Manage reservations for dining, coworking, and club events, including phone, email, and in-person requests.

•     Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, requests, and special arrangements (e.g., celebrations, guest passes, transportation).

•     Maintain accurate member records and preferences to enable personalized service across every visit.

•     Coordinate with events, dining, and facilities teams to ensure smooth execution of member bookings and club programming.

•     Assist with handling member communications, including newsletters, event invitations, and follow-up correspondence.

•     Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when needed.

•     Support onboarding of new members, including orientation to club amenities, policies, and etiquette.

•     Maintain a polished, organized front desk and entry area at all times.

•     Assist with administrative tasks such as billing inquiries, mail/package handling, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

•     2+ years of experience in concierge, hospitality, front-of-house, or member services roles (private club or luxury hospitality experience preferred).

•     Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

•     Polished, professional presentation and demeanor.

•     Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

•     Proficiency with reservation/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general office technology.

•     Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential member information.

•     Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for club events.
