Overall, an Install Helper's role is to provide support, learn from senior technicians, and ensure the job runs smoothly, contributing to the timely and efficient installation of HVAC systems. We are willing to train the ideal candidate.Responsibilities:Install heating and air conditioning systems in residential homesMaintain tools and equipmentEnsure all installations are completed to high quality standardsProvide excellent customer service and communicationRequirements:Must be at least 18 years oldValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to lift 75+ pounds, crawl/bend frequently, work in small spaces such as crawlspaces and attics, work overheadAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAt Mack Morris Heating And Air Conditioning, we have been serving the Ruckersville community for over 40 years.
