Production Supervisor

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Production Supervisor to join one of our leading clients within the Chemical/Composite Manufacturing industry focused on aerospace and defense at their Anaheim, CA location. Shifts Available 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Tuesday - Saturday) Ideal Candidate Minimum 3-5 years industry experience in production/manufacturing environments as a supervisor (machine shop, fabrication, composites, finishing experience preferred). Proven experience working in a manufacturing plant environment. Prior experience working in a unionized setting, with an understanding of union rules and effective labor relations. Compensation: $35.00 - $44.00/hr Position Overview The Shift Team Lead is responsible for ensuring performance to established safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards and best practices through engagement and involvement of Production employees. This role involves supervising production employees and production lines while leading the continuous improvement process to optimize safety, quality, and productivity within defined manufacturing system and process limits.
