This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.* Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care – Rivertown offers primary care services to patients of all ages* Physician will manage their own patient panel providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care to all age groups* Physicians who enjoy providing prenatal care are encouraged to apply but not required for the role* Facility also offers Podiatry, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Lab and X-ray* Practice currently has 3 physicians and 5 APPs* 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week in the office.
