Municipal & Water Resources Construction Manager (Hybrid)

gpac is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead municipal building, site, and water resources projects across Montgomery and Prince George's counties in Maryland. You will coordinate with local government, design professionals, contractors, and community stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. The role requires 5–7 years of CM experience in public-sector projects, familiarity with DPIE/MDE regulations, and proficiency with Procore/AutoCAD. #J-18808-Ljbffr gpac
