Job Description / Preferred Qualifications Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production planners Develop short‑ and long‑term production plans to meet customer demand and business objective Standardize planning processes and drive best practices across the organization Support audits, executive reviews, and operational readiness initiative Oversee planning activities within ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP) Analyze demand and supply signals to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities Review and analyze dashboards and KPIs related to forecast accuracy, cycle time, inventory, and service levels, on time starts, etc. to drive continuous improvement Support new product launches (NPL) and product ramps, ensuring supply readiness Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to mitigate risks related to capacity, materials, or constraints Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field 5+ years of experience in semiconductor planning, supply chain, or operations, with 8+ years in a leadership role Strong understanding of assembly/test operations Hands‑on experience with MRP, MPS, S&OP, and long lead‑time management Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills APICS certification is a plus Minimum Qualifications 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or PHD without work experience; or equivalent experience Base Pay Range: $120,700.00 - $205,200.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA KLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
