Esthetician

Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist to perform 40–50 minute facials, brows, lashes, waxing, and additional services such as dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts. Must have an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license, be 18 years or older, and maintain State Board compliance with accurate record keeping. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all guests. Achieve personal and store service and product goals. Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products. Perform facials, brows, lashes, waxing, dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts. Give service recommendations and rebook clients. Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure Board compliance. Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and high customer service. Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs and ensure necessary items are on hand. Assist in all in‑store operational processes. Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times. Accurately follow company time‑keeping procedures. Attend mandatory training and team meetings. Qualifications Active Esthetics or Cosmetology license. Experience in dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting. Developed communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. High school diploma or equivalent (required).
