Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and certification in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain prior to assignment start)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Familiarity with IEPs, goal-setting, and student progress monitoring
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in person and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to K-12 students
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a diverse caseload of speech and language disorders
• Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with educators, families, and other support staff to promote student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school district and state requirements
