Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift to join our team. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. The core hours are 6:30am - 3:00pm. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You'll Do:

The Warehouse Associate will help perform all warehouse tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to warehouse practices and procedures. In this function you will:

• Pick, pack, and ship product
• Verify product, product numbers, and quantity for order accuracy
• Load and unload trucks / containers
• Receive and process stock and materials
• Stock the warehouse and rotate/replenish inventory
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials
• Deliver materials between buildings
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Valid driving license required to operate company vehicles including powered industrial vehicles
• No relocation offered. Candidates must reside within 50 - miles of Omaha, NE in order to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred qualifications:

• Forklift, Material Handling Equipment, or Powered Industrial Truck experience
• Related experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Position Criteria:

• Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis.
