Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2360 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Symmetry Workforce Solutions - Jefferson Health Program.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years CVICU experience required.
- Teaching hospital experience is required.
- Experience from a large teaching facility, not LTACH or critical access hospital.
- Anticoagulation management.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.
- Shock management.

Unit Details:
- Adult and geriatric patient population.
- Shock management is focused on medication management.
- Anticoagulation protocols vary by unit/diagnosis.

Shift & Scheduling:
- No on call.
- Every other weekend.
- Every other holiday.

Floating Requirements:
- Will be required to float to all critical care units, including MICU/SICU, open heart, cardiac ICU, trauma/neuro ICU, neuroscience ICU, and burn, or to MS or low level monitoring if needed. ICU ratio 1-2 or 3; MS and low level monitoring ratio up to 4 patients.
