About the Role:
OSP Children's Therapy Center LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Per Diem Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Plymouth, MA! Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized occupational therapy treatment sessions for pediatric patients
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans targeting fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support each child's progress
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating goals and treatment plans as needed
• Conduct sensory integration, handwriting, and self-care skill interventions
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding home programs and therapeutic strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Massachusetts state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• NBCOT certification (OTR) required
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred
• Knowledge of sensory processing, neurodevelopmental, and play-based therapy approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a per diem capacity
