Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• Licensed by the state pharmacy board

Assignment Details:

• Shift Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Schedule: As needed basis
• Weekend requirement: 2 scheduled weekend shifts per month on a 4 week rotation
• On-call requirement: 3-4 evenings per week
• Weekend coverage hours: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Weekday coverage hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• After-hours on-call: 6:00 PM - 10:00 AM on weekdays and 4:00 PM - 12:00 PM on weekends
