Speech-Language Pathologist-SLPA Supervisor

Are you interested in becoming a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Supervisor? The Stepping Stones Group is hiring CCC‑SLP supervisors for hybrid SLPA supervision in the Republic R‑III School District, Republic, MO. Our clinical leaders provide robust support and interactive opportunities for supervisors. Position Details The supervising SLP will provide on‑site and virtual supervision and support to a newly licensed SLPA. The SLP will conduct two full‑day visits per month on different days and will be required to have full‑time availability either the first week of school or the second, per MO state laws. The supervising SLP will also make the initial contact with all patients, clients, and students on the assistant’s caseload. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school setting as an ASHA Certified SLP. Maintains an appropriate state license and ASHA CCC‑SLP throughout the supervisory experience. Completes at least two hours of professional development in the area of supervision after being awarded the CCC‑SLP (SSG can provide training if needed). Compensation SLPs receive a monthly stipend for each SLPA they supervise. Requirements Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA). State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
