RN Case Manager: Discharge & Utilization Lead
American Geriatrics Society
Valley Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead discharge planning and utilization management within our integrated hospital network in Southern Nevada. The RN will coordinate patient care across the care continuum, ensuring timely access to resources and maximizing reimbursement where appropriate. The ideal candidate has a nursing degree with an active Nevada license and at least three years of clinical experience, including exposure to utilization review or case #J-18808-Ljbffr American Geriatrics Society
