No previous insurance experience is required. We are looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, enjoys helping people, and is willing to learn. We provide hands‑on training and support to help you obtain the required insurance licenses. This is a strong opportunity to build a long‑term career in customer service, insurance, account management, or sales. What You’ll Do Answer customer phone calls, texts, and emails Assist with billing, policy, and account questions Process policy changes and customer service requests Help customers understand their coverage and available options Follow up on outstanding service requests and customer needs Assist customers with claims‑related questions and next steps Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Identify potential coverage gaps and additional insurance needs Work with our team to improve customer satisfaction and retention What We’re Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented Comfortable speaking with customers by phone Able to multitask and solve problems Comfortable learning new technology and systems Coachable, team‑oriented, and interested in professional growth Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, office, or call‑center experience is helpful but not required .
