DutiesHelpEvaluate non-beneficiary, civilian trauma patient eligibility cases against program regulations.Initiate immediate billing processes upon patient admission to ensure documentation of patient funding status and minimize financial liability to the medical treatment facility.Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to maintain workload statistics, track program efficiency, and identify systemic discrepancies.Advise multidisciplinary trauma service personnel, specialty clinics, and external civilian agencies on the application of established processes.
