Elite Restoration is a fast-growing restoration and construction company looking for an experienced Construction Technician to join our team. We specialize in residential and commercial remodeling, water damage restoration, and window and glass installation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can complete projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial remodeling projects.
• Complete water damage repairs and reconstruction.
• Install windows, doors, and glass systems.
• Drywall installation and repair.
• Framing, painting, texture, flooring, trim, and finish carpentry.
• Demolition and reconstruction work.
• Read and follow project plans and work orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience required.
• Extensive experience in remodeling and reconstruction.
• Strong experience with window and glass installation.
• Experience with water damage restoration and repairs preferred.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job.
• Must have your own basic hand tools.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
