  • Deliver tailored individual, couples, and family therapy services through telehealth platforms, ensuring each session addresses the unique needs of clients.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ relational and mental health needs, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.

  • Utilize family systems theory alongside systemic interventions to effectively address relationship dynamics, enhancing communication skills and resolving conflicts.

  • Provide immediate support and crisis intervention as required to ensure client and family safety, demonstrating quick decision-making in high-stress scenarios.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Educate clients on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution, and coping mechanisms to improve their relational and emotional resilience.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client treatment.

  • Engage in continuing education and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The scope of your practice will include working with a diverse patient population, encompassing adults, children, and adolescents grappling with various mental health challenges. You will facilitate therapeutic processes to address issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship strife, and family conflicts, ultimately aiming to promote healing and positive relational outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing outpatient therapy, with demonstrable success in client outcomes.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

  • Commitment to ethical and confidential therapeutic practices that meet the guidelines set by the relevant authorities.

  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet clients’ needs, including evenings or weekends as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
