Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician Location: Kalispell, Montana Contract Duration: 18 months Onsite: 100% Pay Rate: $18–$19 per hour Shift: First Shift – Monday–Thursday (10 hrs) – 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. About the Role: We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to build subassemblies and process equipment for semiconductor and display manufacturing. These components are critical to producing advanced electronic devices such as smartphones, computers, and televisions. Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations and identify/correct errors. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and clean room protocols. Utilize test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps for testing. Enter progress and labor details into computer systems accurately. Inspect parts for defects and ensure all necessary components are available for builds. Actively prevent accidents and injuries by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly. What You Need to Bring to the Table Use of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Ability to stand for extended periods; walking, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Lifting and operating heavy machinery (including forklifts). Willingness to work in clean room conditions and wear personal protective equipment (coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, face shields).
