We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian ready to grow professionally and potentially step into a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for those with surgery experience or a passion for exotics , though new graduates with a desire to learn are welcome. Ideal Candidate DVM/VMD or equivalent license eligible to practice in California. Passionate about small animal medicine and client care. Interested in surgical and exotic cases. Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally. New graduates welcome; experienced veterinarians encouraged. Our Hospital & Workflow Healthy work-life balance with flexible schedule and no on-call requirements. Advanced diagnostics: digital X-rays (full body & dental), in-house lab, high-resolution ultrasound. Surgical capabilities: soft tissue and dental surgeries. Excellent support staff, including 2 RVTs. Efficient workflow with 12–24 hour turnaround for outside lab results.
