Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the PT Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and selected manual techniques within PTA scope Educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery Document patient progress accurately and timely Collaborate with PTs, physicians, and clinic staff to support excellent patient outcomes Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Role Requirements: Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program Current California PT license (or license-eligible) About Us As part of a growing network with 250+ clinics across 16 states and 1,700+ teammates, we’re committed to accessible care, trust, and clinician growth.
