Our client, a leading food processing industry, is seeking a Plant Processing Operator​ to join their team. As a Plant Processing Operator​, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Plant Processing Operator​

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $28

Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment including DP-2, Raw Room equipment, and other machinery as assigned, supporting dairy, flavor premixes, Sage, USDA, and non-USDA flavors.
• Assemble and prepare product piping for production processes.
• Manually add ingredients to tanks and vessels, ensuring accurate measurements and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Maintain detailed log sheets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for production records.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform intermediate math functions for calculations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to adhere to safety, HACCP, and GMP guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
