We're seeking a highly motivated VP Brokerage who's passionate about growing the brokerage division by defining strategy, driving sales and business development, and ensuring strong carrier capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building high-performing teams
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Aligning brokerage efforts with overall company objectives in a dynamic transportation and logistics environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What we offer:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
