This adds a unique value proposition to your pitch and—more importantly—puts extra commissions in your pocket that traditional agents simply can't access. You will not be just a traditional residential real estate agent. Diversified Revenue Streams: Why limit yourself to one type of check? You can earn through: Traditional residential sales (Residential/Commercial Buyers and Sellers): Capitalize on traditional residential sales by continuing to represent your existing buyers and sellers within our full-service real estate model. Leasing commissions from our managed inventory (Residential/Commercial): While we provide a steady stream of high-volume leasing opportunities from our managed inventory of 1,300 units, we expect agents to be proactive in growing their own independent books of business. Leasing commissions from non-managed customers: Expand your earning potential by securing leasing commissions from non-managed inventory across the market. You are encouraged to proactively source listings through the MLS and "For Rent By Owner" (FRBO) opportunities to find the perfect match for your clients. By bringing these deals to the table, you unlock an additional revenue stream beyond our internal portfolio, giving you the flexibility to operate as a high-volume leasing specialist throughout the entire region. Referral/Service fees for property management contracts: By bringing in these accounts, you are doing more than just earning referral and service fees; you are building direct, high-value relationships with landlords and property owners. You also secure the exclusive right to lease any rental property you add to the company, ensuring you retain full control over the leasing process and the associated commissions. This approach allows you to scale a diverse book of business that extends far beyond traditional residential buyers, positioning you as a long-term partner for investors and opening doors to future listings and commercial opportunities. Core Responsibilities Drive growth by generating and converting high-quality sales and leasing leads, maintaining a high volume of showing activity, and consistently hitting your monthly performance targets. Leverage various real estate platforms to strategically market listings and efficiently manage property showings for your clients. Identify and strategically cross-sell property management and maintenance services to landlords and HOAs to maximize client value and expand your portfolio. Collaborate closely with operations and landlords to coordinate move-ins, unit turns, and necessary repairs, ensuring a seamless transition for every incoming tenant. Attend weekly trainings and accountability sessions, and participate in marketing/branding events. Cultivate and expand high-value relationships with investors and developers to unlock new opportunities and scale your book of business. Comfortable using CRMs AppFolio or similar property management CRMs, and willing to follow operational processes. Professional, proactive, and results-oriented. Compensation Competitive commission splits and fee structures, plus access to property management and development revenue opportunities. Exact split is negotiable, depends on role and experience.
