Apply today to join our team and start building your future in the electrical trade!Things You'll DoAssist journeyman and lead electricians with daily electrical tasks.Pull wire, run and bend conduit, install junction boxes, outlets, switches, and fixtures.Help install electrical panels, breakers, and lighting systemsUse hand tools and power tools safely and correctlyPrepare, measure, and cut materials needed for installationsTroubleshoot basic electrical issues under supervisionLoad/unload materials and organize tools on the job siteFollow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean work areaRead and follow written and verbal instructions, diagrams, and simple blueprintsSupport the crew with setup, cleanup, and day-to-day job site needsLearn and develop new skills through hands-on training each dayRequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningAble to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesStrong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and work safely at all timesBasic knowledge of hand tools required; power tool experience preferredAbility to read simple diagrams or instructions (blueprint exposure is a plus)OSHA-10 certification preferred but not requiredPrevious construction or electrical experience is a plus but not necessaryBenefitsAt Sun core, we value people.
