Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and medication administration

• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with patients, families, and staff members

• Assist with meal preparation and delivery, as well as light housekeeping and laundry duties

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and progress
