Senior Director, Major & Planned Gifts

United Way Houston is seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Gift Planning in Houston, TX, to lead a portfolio of principal gifts and planned giving initiatives. The role drives identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to advance the Principal Gifts Campaign.
The position requires 5–10 years in major gift fundraising, strong donor relations, and proficiency with fundraising tools. Travel up to 50% is possible; CFRE/CAP/JD/CFP preferred.
