Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary This position serves as a key member of Student Financial Services and is responsible for delivering premier financial aid related customer service to prospective and current students and their families and to both on and off campus partners. Assists students and parents with up-to-date, accurate and complete information regarding financial aid and billing related questions and transactions, signing of documents and scheduling appointments for Student Financial Services Counselors. Contacts may be in person, by phone, via email or through other electronic means. Other duties of the service center representative may include the following. Assist as needed with monthly Federal Work Study Audit process including monitoring financial aid award reports for award changes. Opening and closing of SFS Service Center. Assistance with student service activities related to account inquiries, billing adjustments, financial arrangements and federal financial records. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
