We are looking for a Mid-Level SAP Ariba Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. You will join a high-performing team led by an Onshore Delivery Lead currently spearheading an S/4HANA IBP (Integrated Business Planning) transformation. This role sits at the intersection of Procurement and Supply Chain, ensuring the SAP Ariba ecosystem is perfectly synced with the S/4HANA backend to maximize operational integrity.

Required Skills & Must-Have Competencies:
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP Ariba (Buying, Sourcing, and Network).
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway / Managed Gateway) and SAP Integration Suite.
- Proficiency in cXML, XML, and XSLT.
- Experience monitoring data flows between Ariba and backend SAP systems (CIF, R/3, or S/4HANA).
- Proven ability to manage technical migrations and document Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions.
- Familiarity with how procurement data feeds into Supply Chain modules (DP, SNP, or PPDS) is a significant advantage.
- End-to-End SDLC: Engage in the full software delivery lifecycle, from requirement gathering and estimation to development, testing, and release.
- Complex System Integration: Manage and monitor data integration between Ariba and R/3 or S/4HANA systems, focusing on architectural integrity.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to ensure Ariba customizations do not disrupt broader APO or IBP functionalities.
- Process & Migration Planning: Perform technical product release activities and provide the Release Manager with technical configuration plans and delivery statuses.
- High-Stakes Support: Handle high-priority incidents, job monitoring, and defect rectification to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Planners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions aligned with supply chain models.
