Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana's largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. Position Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services.



Pay:


LPN - $17.93 - $23.31 + $2.00 Incentive


RN - $26.27 - $34.81 + $2.00 Incentive

Essential Functions:

• Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient symptoms and medical histories
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and treatments
• Glucose monitoring
• Mantoux testing
• Clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing
• RN License in Indiana
• LPN License in Indiana
• No experience required
