Collision Repair Estimator

Kaizen Collision Center – Frederick, Colorado
Full-Time | Up to 6% Commission | $200,000+ Earning Potential

Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experienced Collision Repair Estimator for our Frederick, Colorado location.

We’re looking for more than someone who knows how to write an estimate.

We want an estimator who knows how to sell.

You know how to connect with customers, build trust, explain the repair process, overcome objections, capture the job, write a complete repair plan, and keep that repair moving from vehicle check-in through final delivery.

Up to 6% commission with the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually.

Compensation is based on experience, production, performance, and the applicable compensation plan.

• Convert estimates and opportunities into scheduled repairs
• Build strong relationships with customers from the first conversation
• Write complete and accurate repair plans
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and damage analysis
• Blueprint repairs and identify hidden damage
• Prepare and manage supplements
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and adjusters
• Explain repair recommendations and procedures to customers
• Provide timely and professional repair updates
• Coordinate with technicians, painters, parts personnel, and production teams
• Monitor repairs and proactively address delays
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process
• Help drive sales, production, cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven collision repair estimating experience
• Strong sales ability
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Ability to convert estimates into repair opportunities
• Strong knowledge of damage analysis and blueprinting
• Experience writing supplements and handling insurance claims
• Knowledge of DRP processes and insurance procedures
• Understanding of OEM repair procedures
• Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software
• Ability to manage multiple repairs in a high-volume environment
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Understanding of closing ratios, gross profit, cycle time, and production
• Progressive claims experience is a plus
• I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications are preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Our Frederick location serves customers throughout Frederick, Firestone, Dacono, Erie, Longmont, Mead, Carbon Valley, and surrounding Northern Colorado communities.
