Schedule(s) Awake overnight 9pm-7am What You Need:

- Provide supports with Activities of Daily Living including personal cares
- Support in transportation to various appointments and activities
- Attend medical appointments and relay necessary information
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
- Complete household responsibilities such as laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Teach and reinforce valuable life skills
- Provide companionship, guidance, and advocacy
- Accurately document care to ensure continuity of support
- Staying active and engaging in physical exercise
- Music
- Exploring his community and getting out and about
- Van Rides
- Learning new things
- Schedule and structure
- Communication
- Being included and heard
Schedule(s) Awake overnight 9pm-7am What You Need:
- Commitment to learning
- Patience and flexibility
- Ability to provide support using Person Centered Practices
- Strong teamwork skills
- Comfortable communicating what is working and what is not working
- At least 18 years of age
- A valid MN driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Positive Behavioral Supports / Behavioral Intervention Techniques
- Complex Medical conditions
