The Bartender Lead is responsible for overseeing bar operations during assigned shifts while supporting team performance, consistency, and service excellence at our off‑site restaurant, Dawn Manor. Train, coach, and support bartenders on recipes, presentation, and service expectations. Monitor bar inventory and assist with ordering and organization. Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and safety regulations. Address guest concerns and elevate issues as needed. Support management with opening/closing procedures and operational needs. Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar. Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager. What are we looking for? Previous bartending experience required. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re‑certified as needed. Bartender license for Wisconsin Dells area required.
