Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized assistance throughout their shipping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of various items Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure the store remains attractive and well-organized Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products that meet customer needs Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays Engage in retail math tasks such as calculating totals, and change accurately Support team members with supervising tasks when needed to ensure smooth store operations Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in a retail or grocery store environment Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers; bilingual skills are a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to assist in team coordination Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions and inventory management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and patience under pressure Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product presentation strategies Experience conducting product demos and upselling to enhance sales opportunities Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional remote customer interactions Basic math skills necessary for cashiering, stock calculations, and retail transactions This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
