Position Summary:

The Food Services Supervisor is responsible for:

• Overseeing the general daily operations of the food services department.
• Scheduling staff and creating daily job assignments.
• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria and gift shop.
• Ordering food, supplies, and other items as needed to support food services, the cafeteria, and gift shop operations.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
• Ensuring the cafeteria and gift shop are maintained, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Supporting staff and providing guidance to ensure excellent service and smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years previous supervisory experience in food service operation required .
• Franchise training preferred.
• Serv-safe certification preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Coachable

Principal Duties:

• Develops schedules and assignments
• Monitors employee performance
• Improves customer satisfaction
• Conducts quality assurance monitoring
• Responsible for adhering to sanitation requirements.

Shift:

Full-Time Rotating Shift (40 hours)

Every 4th Weekend work required (6am shift)

Salary Range: Minimum 18.40/hour - Maximum 32.21/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
