Securitas seeks a Security Team Lead to supervise officers and safeguard client sites. In this role, you will oversee patrols, access control, and incident response while ensuring high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. You will train and coach officers, monitor security systems, complete detailed reports, and serve as the main on-site contact for clients. Ideal candidates bring prior security or law enforcement experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to integrity, vigilance, and helpful, mission-driven protection of people and property.
