Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Ability to secure or willingness to obtain NM RLD licensure and NMPED licensure
• Educational experience is preferred, but not a requirement
• Previous school-based or healthcare OT experience highly valued
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Commitment to student growth and well-being

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services for elementary and secondary students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
