Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current state nursing license
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Education verification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established policies and procedures.
• Document care provided according to standards.
• Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care as prescribed.
• Participate in performance improvement activities within the department or unit.
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating concerns as necessary.
