What You Bring

• 5+ years of Escrow Officer experience
• Active, transferable book of business
• Proven ability to manage a producing desk
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Growth mindset and competitive drive

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base($84,000-$120,000/yr) + aggressive commission structure
