We are seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs to join our team at Beecher Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Beecher, Illinois. Responsibilities:

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants

• Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies

• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state

• Ability to work every other weekend

• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements

• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our residents and visitors

• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team

• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures

• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and able to handle stress

• Must be energetic, professional, and reliable
