The Role: As a LPN, you will utilize clinical expertise to configure prescribed sleep therapy devices, fit patients with appropriate masks, and provide comprehensive education to ensure comfort, treatment compliance, and optimal respiratory health at home. Schedule:MondayFriday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM OR Part Time PRN available What We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.Minimum of 12 years of nursing experience; previous experience in home health, hospice, or a DME company is highly preferred.Driving: Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record, as this role requires daily local. What Youll Be Doing Set up and calibrate CPAP and related respiratory devices, ensuring optimal patient understanding, safety, and comfort.Perform focused clinical assessments relevant to the prescribed equipment to ensure clinical appropriateness and proper fit.Deliver a variety of durable medical equipment, guiding patients and caregivers through proper usage, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance.Serve as the primary link between hospitals, nursing homes, and Binsons, keeping communication flowing to ensure continuity of care.Partner with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and social workers to support timely patient discharges by ensuring necessary equipment is secured and ready.Conduct regular local travel to patient homes, hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers to facilitate equipment setup and clinical evaluations.
