Senior Manager - Strategic Partnerships & MSP Alliances

As part of our continued US growth, we are opening a new and strategic position within the business: Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships & MSP Alliances . Working directly with the US Director, you will be responsible for building and executing Pixie's partnership strategy, developing key relationships across the contingent workforce ecosystem, and creating new avenues for growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape a function from the ground up and play a key role in Pixie's long-term expansion in the US market. The Role This is a commercially focused position designed to strengthen Pixie's presence across the IT staffing landscape through strategic partnerships, MSP relationships, and workforce solutions alliances. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships that generate new business opportunities, expand market access, and increase Pixie's visibility within the contingent workforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Build and execute Pixie's US strategic partnerships and alliances strategy alongside the US Director Develop relationships across the staffing and technology ecosystem, including MSPs, VMS providers, workforce solutions firms, technology organizations, channel partners, and end clients Identify and secure opportunities within MSP programs, VMS platforms, and contingent workforce initiatives Drive partner-generated opportunities that lead to new client engagements and staffing demand Establish and manage commercial partnership agreements and alliance frameworks Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to maximize revenue generated through partner channels Represent Pixie at industry events, workforce conferences, and technology networking initiatives Monitor market trends and identify new partnership opportunities that support Pixie's growth objectives What We're Looking For Proven experience in strategic partnerships, MSP alliances, business development, vendor management, or workforce solutions within the IT staffing, consulting, or technology services industry Strong understanding of MSP, VMS, and contingent workforce programs Established network within the US staffing and technology ecosystem Demonstrated success in developing partnerships that drive measurable commercial results Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new initiatives from the ground up Commercially driven with a hands-on approach to execution Why Join Pixie Opportunity to build and shape a newly created strategic function Direct exposure to senior leadership and influence on US growth strategy High-impact role with significant visibility across the organization Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives International, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing environment Clear opportunities for progression as the US business expands #J-18808-Ljbffr Kube Group
