The Commercial Plumbing Foreman plays a key role in identifying opportunities, developing project scope, presenting pricing, and supporting the close of commercial plumbing projects, while ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code and contract requirements.This position requires a confident, customer-facing professional who can represent the company in the field, manage multiple commercial projects, and balance sales responsibilities with hands-on leadership and technical expertise.Benefits Include:100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental and vision401k & Roth 401k plans with up to 4% company contribution100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid life insurance plan2 floating holidays6 paid holidaysVacation payPaid weeklyResponsibilities Include:Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial plumbing projectsReview plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope of workPerform material takeoffs and labor projectionsSolicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricingAssist with bid preparation, value engineering, and cost analysisTrack job costs and compare estimated vs. actual performanceSupervise and coordinate plumbing crews on commercial job sitesPlan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew membersEnsure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and project specificationsCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other tradesOrder materials, manage deliveries, and maintain inventoryTroubleshoot job site issues and provide technical guidanceMaintain project documentation, schedules, and daily reportsRequirementsValid Journeyman or Master Plumber license requiredMinimum 5+ years plumbing experience, including leadership or foreman responsibilitiesProven sales experience in plumbing or related trades preferredStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practicesAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsValid driver's licenseMust meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
