Become a part of our caring community as an Appointment Scheduler. You will be responsible for making appointments for patients following medical practice procedures. Location: CenterWell Senior Primary Care office address: 1149 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Lady Lake, Florida 32159.

Appointment Scheduler Role Overview:

• Use customer service principles and techniques to deal with patients calmly and pleasantly.
• Schedule appointments by phone, in person, or email.
• Ensure smooth flow of the schedules, using computerized system for appointment making, and maintaining accurate and complete records.

Use your skills to make an impact Additional Information Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in an appointment scheduling position.
• Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Preferred

• Experience working within a medical practice setting.
